Carpet Cleaning

Our skilled technicians employ state-of-the-art equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to rejuvenate your carpets. Our approach goes beyond surface cleaning, delving deep into the fibers to eliminate dirt, allergens, and stubborn stains, resulting in carpets that appear and feel as good as new.

Krueger’s Carpet Care utilizes the “External Extraction” method, a carpet cleaning process performed with a truck-mounted hot water extraction machine. In this method, both the dirty air and water are externally expelled, eliminating them from the interior space.

Traditional carpet cleaning techniques, including beating, scrubbing, soaking, powdering, and rubbing, proved unsatisfactory. The advent of hot water extraction, commonly known as steam cleaning, marked a significant improvement over these methods.

The key to our success lies in achieving the right combination of pressure, temperature, chemicals, and recovery. A mixture of warm water (70° to 140° F) and cleaning agents is pre-mixed for even dispersion. This solution is then vaporized and injected into the carpet at low pressure (80 to 120 p.s.i.), preventing saturation of the carpet’s backing material to avoid potential issues like delamination and mold. The solution is promptly extracted with high air velocity, with power unit generating over 21,000 LFPM of air movement through a two-inch hose.

More than 95% of the water is immediately extracted, and soil is efficiently removed without subjecting the carpet to harsh scrubbing. Importantly, there is no soapy, sticky residue left behind, preventing fiber distortion and rapid resoiling. The truck-mounted system ensures consistent pressure and temperature of the cleaning solution, heated from the truck engine while traveling between jobs. An insulated storage tank keeps the water warm, eliminating the need to run the truck engine during system operation.

Krueger’s Carpet Care system is suitable for all carpet types, minimizing risks for both operators and customers. The “external extraction” approach ensures that air is expelled outside the work area, safeguarding individuals with allergies. Additionally, drying time is reduced as moist air is prevented from permeating the carpet and furnishings. With this comprehensive and energy-conscious system, the operator carries pre-softened water, pumping dirty water into a holding tank for proper and legal disposal, protecting customers from unsightly dumping on their property.

Utilizing electricity as a power source not only eradicates the risks of explosions, fires, or asphyxiation due to harmful fumes, but also mitigates the risk of scalding caused by ruptured high-pressure hose lines. What sets Krueger’s cleaning system apart is not only its unmatched safety, reliability, quiet operation, and cost-effectiveness but, above all, its steadfast commitment to environmental friendliness. Unlike other systems, our services and equipment prioritize sustainability, ensuring a greener and more eco-conscious approach to cleaning.

These accidents and hazards are unlikely to occur when using electrically-powered truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment. Since electricity is the most affordable and dependable energy source, safety is guaranteed without the risks connected to different types of stored fuels. You can use our dependable truck-mounted carpet cleaners in confined areas without worrying about becoming carbon monoxide poisoned. Electricity requires less maintenance, doesn’t malfunction while in use, and is consistently simple to start compared to other power sources like natural gas, propane gas, gasoline, or fuel oil. Furthermore, electrically operated equipment is a safer option because the latter fuels present concerns like carbon monoxide poisoning, fire, and explosion hazards.
