- Proven experience as a Senior Carpet Cleaning Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of carpet cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
